Elevator motor control strategy
1.basic idea of vector control
1971, by the German company Siemens F.Blaschke proposed vector control theory of AC elevator motor control theory to obtain the first qualitative leap, the theory first induction elevator motor control system to be successful, then introduced synchronous elevator motor control system medium. In the inverter case, the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous elevator motor, which is usually synchronous rotation d, q coordinate system under the Park model. In this model, synchronous motor voltage, current and flux can be decomposed into mutually decoupled d, q-axis component. The permanent magnet synchronous elevator motor output torque control can be attributed to the cross-axis current and direct axis current control. With vector control AC drive system, its performance can be achieved even more than DC elevator motor speed control performance.
2.The basic idea of direct torque control
1985 Germany's Ruhr University Professor Depenbrock direct torque control theory, the basic idea is to maintain a constant amplitude of the stator flux under the premise of the stator flux by adjusting the rotational speed of the space, and then adjust the slip frequency to control the elevator motor torque and speed. The method is analyzed in the stator coordinate system mathematical model of the AC elevator motor, the elevator motor torque emphasis on direct control, eliminating the vector rotation transform complex transformations and calculations.
